This time we took 4 Two bed apartments from shell and core and transformed them into bright comfortable and modern first time homes.

“I was recently involved in the purchase of an apartment at Copper Hill in the Broomfield Estate. The apartment was being completed by the builder Mr Tim Murray.  It became apparent from the first meeting that the work was being done to a high standard with no expense being spared on the quality of materials.  Even though certain items were not specified such as sound absorbing material fitted under the floor tiles, double switching of lights etc all was being done. Mr Murray went through the lay out and customised as our requirements. This gave us complete confidence during the build process to the standard and quality of fit out.  On completion it was as we expected finished excellently with attention to detail for example washing out heating system and fitting a magnetic filter (again not specified).  As in any new building there will be snags which in this case were few and attended to immediately.  The whole process of buying to moving in was made completely stress free by yourself and Mr Murray.”
